I thought exercise was meant to make you feel better??? God, I am unfit. The first stage has you running (jogging) 60s, then walk 60s etc. At least it was raining, so there weren't many people around to snigger. urgh, urgh, urgh. Think I will give up smoking. I thought I wouldn't be so unfit, since I walk everywhere, quite fast... Must be the smoking. Not giving it up totally, mind. Think I'll give up booze for a couple of weeks though, try and accelerate the weight loss a bit.
First run!
Right, finally got up, it's only 2.20 pm... And after a jug of coffee I'm trying to get myself dressed to run. Rotten weather, meant to get better this week. So, am trying the "Couch potato to 5k" plan, with a few adjustments. Well, if I am not too lazy. Just got on the scales - 67.9kg!!! So I really want to try to lose 10kg. But chiefly, I want all my clothes to actually fit me, rather than have to only do the zip half way up, and wearing Bridget Jones pants. Suppose that the sooner I get it over wit, the sooner I can have a nice hot bath, and sort out the week's work. Maybe the rain will blast the dregs of zopiclone out of my head? Back soon...
